We needed a platform that could meet all the requirements of our stakeholders for our annual Results Announcement and Interim. After comparing our options, we found that Zoom, along with their event team, was the best choice. We have been utilizing their services for over three years now, and even after evaluating the competition, we still believe that Zoom is the superior option.

We've been using Zoom Webinars since 2014. Everything from Director's Quarterly meetings to major company announcements to DEIB events. We average at least two major webinars per week, sometimes as many as eight per week, all conducted under Zoom. Attendance ranges from just a few hundred to over 1500. There simply isn't a better platform for mass one-to-many video communication.
  • Simple user experience--very intuitive for attendees to join, interact with Q&A
  • Adaptable and feature rich--very easy to set up Webinars for different use cases with features like registration, Q&A, practice session, HQ video, branding and virtual backgrounds, polls/quizzes, post-surveys, breakouts, resources, production studio, FB/YT Live, captions/translation, etc
  • Aesthetically pleasing--new branding options (such as webinar wallpaper, custom backgrounds, and name tags), plus the recent addition of the Production Studio feature, means it's easier than ever to produce beautiful and appealing webinars.
  • Panelists, practice session, and backstage--Zoom makes it easy to set up webinar panelists ahead of time, and get them into the room early for a practice session. The new backstage option is even more powerful than the practice session feature.
  • The bleeding edge--Zoom is continually adding powerful new features for Webinar rooms, where other programs leave you with the same ol' stagnant feature set.
  • I wish there were more polling options available in Zoom in general, and this extends to both webinar polling and post-webinar surveys. Could certainly do with a more robust polling feature set.
  • Setting up Registration for Zoom webinars can be very tricky, and I usually advise against webinar registration. The fact that users have to manually download an .ics to add it to their O365 calendars after registering means lots of issues with users attempting to join after registering early.
  • I would have complained about lack of breakout rooms for webinars, or the fact that the practice room can't be turned back on after it was turned off, but Zoom recently implemented webinar breakout rooms plus the Backstage feature, so both of these common complaints are now fully addressed!
There simply isn't a better webinar tool. Zoom offers best-in-class audio/video codecs and quality, they have the best usability, they have the most features, and the price for a webinar license is fairly reasonable.

I am a technical producer for virtual and hybrid events. We mainly use Zoom and Zoom Events for virtual and hybrid events productions. Some productions also include vMix/Blackmagic/multicam.
  • Very quick and easy to set up a multi-day/concurrent session event
  • Assign host/alt host permissions for speakers and support staff to start and run their own sessions
  • Livestream to lobby for easy admin management
  • Simulive for automatically playing out pre-recorded content as if live.
  • Production Studio for more professional looking productions
  • Option to automatically move participants to next session
  • Broadcast message to concurrent sessions (breakout room like functionality)
  • Improved Expo and Networking functionality (they are a bit basic now)
Zoom Events can be used for single session, recurring session or a multi day/ multi session conference. I've used it for many types of events, its very flexbile and configurable.

I use Zoom Events primarily to host virtual events for clients whose needs demand something more than "just a meeting or a webinar". Clients who have conference-like, multi-day, multi-session events see Zoom Events as an opportunity to "scale up" their event without huge expense. While Zoom Events can accommodate hybrid events, those come with a degree of complexity that can be expensive. Many of my clients are staying with annual virtual events or alternating onsite and virtual events, with some wanting to convert their small-scale onsite events to hybrid. I've used Zoom Events for groups as small as 50 and as large as 800 (an upcoming event will be 1,200+), and once you learn the event configuration process, any event is easy to configure -- once you have your event details down on paper or in spreadsheets. A lot of it can be imported with CSV with no hand data-entry.
  • Easy data entry using imported CSV files
  • Full speaker and session images and text, with individual itineraries for attendees.
  • Duplicate the structure and format of an existing event for your next event, or create an event template to easily replicate future events
  • Automated language caption translation on-the-fly for a growing list of languages
  • Like most Zoom products, Zoom Events is actively being improved and updated. The release cycle is monthly, which means event planners need to keep up with changes.
  • While Zoom Events also works for in-person only events, this will require a certain mind-set shift to work well for many organizations.
  • There is a core group of small business Zoom Events users who can provide help to new-comers, and an increasing number of helpful on-boarding resources, but Zoom Tier 1 support still starts out with the most pedantic questions; it's difficult to reach someone who can really help you with a difficult problem if you are not a large Zoom customer.
  • Professional Services is available from Zoom, but it the cost is out of reach of most small businesses and non-profit organizations.
If you're flexible and want the types of features that a virtual conference can provide, with a multi-day, multi-session format, Zoom Events can be a good fit. If you have "your way of doing things" and you're not willing to explore the Zoom Events product to get the full benefit, it might not be for you. If you're a $500M year company, pay for Zoom Events Professional Services and get a great event -- virtual or hybrid! If you're a small business or nonprofit, find a small Zoom Events producer to create your event for you, or a Zoom Events "navigator" to provide you the guidance you really need to do it on your own.

I used Zoom for online B2B Sales calls. Previously i was using Skype and local dialers to reach out clients. During COVID -19 moving from phone call to Zoom meetings totally changed my experienced. In my opinion, it is user friendly and increased my conversion rate. I also used it for internal team meetings and was a great experience so far. Managing virtual team, chat rooms, screen sharing and easily joinable from browser with a single link made it a favorite platform.
  • User Friendly
  • Screen sharing
  • Free video Recording
  • Calendar invites and follow-ups
  • It is difficult to use Zoom for low band width connection.
  • One hour bracket for free user should be increased
  • Mobile browser view is difficult to join
Best platform for Online Sales Meeting
Internal Team Meeting can easily be conducted if a resource is on work from home
Presentations can efficiently done through Screen Sharing
Webinars can be organized
It can easily be integrated with different platforms like Upwork
It is very easy to Sign Up and manage it.

Zoom Video allows our company to set up meetings with various vendors and clients in different locations. This allows us to interact with individuals to analyze product details or address concerns that a client may have with an order. In this time of social distancing we have been using Zoom Video to set up meetings for new business and new relationships with vendors. We are able to contact services like payroll and insurance carriers to go over any changes in rates or help to sign up employees during renewal. We expect to continue to use Zoom for our future meetings to continue to sell our products and get the word out on our company.
  • Easse of Use to connect with individuals
  • Opportunity to include large groups in the meetings
  • private and secure
  • Call in could be easier to navigate
  • Allow the host more options to control the meeting
Zoom is an easy way to communicate with various individuals as long as a internet service is available. Even without a camera or microphone you are able to participate in a meeting. This can vary from casual to professional settings. I can not forsee a scenario where the meeting would not be appropriate.

We use it for all of our course lectures, meetings, and virtual events. We are currently transitioning to using Zoom versus another service because of Zoom's superior features and ease of use. It helps easily integrate with our current enterprise software and allows both students and faculty to easily integrate Zoom into their personal devices and calendars. It is used for almost all of our virtual meetings and is used extensively all over our campus.
  • Ease of integration
  • Intuitive interface and setup
  • Strong reliability
  • More screen sharing features
  • Full access for non-organizational users to join and use our tools.
It is great for those who need virtual meetings for work, school lectures, round table discussions, presentations, and more. This is also great for those looking to host webinars as well. There are not really any scenarios where this would not be an applicable app to use except for maybe small group discussions as this is more built for larger audiences.

Soon after the pandemic, the entire business ecosystem moved to an online mode of business which helped us to connect with our colleagues from the entire globe. Since we have to conduct and attend several meetings to have a smooth flow of our business decisions. Zoom Video Webinar has come out with a good user-friendly interface and has been a part of our business to this day. Its video recording mode has helped us to keep a record of our decisions and proof of transcript. The host and admin controls help to manage large audience sizes without any disturbances. Having a screen sharing option along with onscreen board and pen usability, enable us to present as well as explain the business parameters and agendas. Its breakup room features help us in the distribution of small events to be conducted simultaneously. It has enabled our team to stay connected for an entire project from drafting to finalization.
  • The screen sharing feature
  • Recording of meetings
  • Providing breakup room
  • Admin controls.
  • Chat option
  • Sometimes irrelevant background noise creates disturbances that need to be identified and auto mute them
  • Identifying spamming messages on chat option and providing admin to block or remove
  • When having large participants presentation screen to users ratio should be properly adjustable
  • It is also prone to cyber-attack like we fear having a sensitive discussion which is crucial to the organization, so if zoom provides a highly secure connection at premium charges, it will be highly appreciated
Zoom meetings are appropriate for 1.casual meetings with friends o 2.virtual parties
3.office events.
4. Conducting meeting seminars for a huge crowd like for thousands .
5. The events or private meetings which need to be recorded and be stored in cloud memory for future references.
6.It is also prefect for medium sized enterprises where meetups are more frequent.
7. It can also be sync with slack which most of the enterprise uses.

Zoom meetings are less appreciated in.
1.Highly sensitive meetings.
2.In a conversational class or interactive teaching programs where 2 -3 people couldn't be heard distinctibly and it creates chaos.
3.Using it as debate forum whould be of less use people can't be assessed properly when their body guestures could be judged properly and simultaneously people talks creates easy chaos.

We use Zoom [Events] for a variety of types of meetings. We recently have used it for webinars throughout the agency for updates to policies, to changes in procedures, and for training purposes too. We also have used it for educational purposes as it allows us access to camera use and we are able to chat in groups.
  • Has camera access
  • We can choose our name displayed
  • It is user-friendly
  • Making a change on the name we have displayed can be easier
  • Would like more hidden option tabs
  • More participants on the free version
It came in super handy when COVID first hit and we were in somewhat of a lockdown. That was when we really started using it both for work and at home for personal use, than actually for appointments as well. It's great that it allows so many users into one conference. It is a bit less appropriate when there are others present and you get the background noise, or your dog jumps on your lap for all to see.

The Zoom Video Webinar is currently being used by my organization to host project team meetings, departmental meetings, and management meetings. It is being widely used across my organization as well as our affiliates. It creates convenience by avoiding the need to travel far to meet face to face as well as for safety purposes during the pandemic. It's quick and easy to use.
  • The ease of using other apps while on a zoom video call
  • The ability to disable audio during the call so that it can be used on another app
  • [A] simple way to chat within the group to all audience[s] or a particular user
  • Ease of scrolling through the videos of participants as well [as] the participant's list
  • The chat room can enable the option of sending a broadcast to participants on the meeting without sending [it] to all
  • A participant can be on hold on a meeting instead of leaving the meeting and returning
  • Noise reduction if possible for background noise from some participants
Zoom Video Webinar is well suited for business meetings, within companies, whether it be team meetings, management meetings. It can also be used for group discussion purposes where the ability to congregate in person is not feasible. It can also be best used for [an] online school where the class should be interactive and both the lecturer and students play a part in the lesson. I think it is not well suited for public broadcasts for media purposes.

As our organization is mainly into education management so Zoom [Video Webinar] is being used by my whole organization and by every one of the [employees]. Zoom [Video Webinar] provides a top solution for all the virtual meetings. With its simplistic UI and powerful presentation performance, one can rely on its usage. Zoom [Video Webinar] being now popular in market is used by many of the users. It has click & join feature by which anyone can join the links without even signing up. Zoom [Video Webinar] helps faculties in our institution by providing them full control over meetings and user reports after the meeting through web portals. Zoom [Video Webinar] is incredibly simple to use and present. It is lightweight and its mobile application is also easy to install and use, Students can easily grasp onto it and can start work with. The screen sharing is optimized and has a annotate tool and also privacy tools to restrict anyone else from presenting. Zoom [Video Webinar] provides a 100 participants limit on FREE user account and 45 minutes of meeting limit also and I think it must have to be increased so that Basic users get a more idea of how Zoom [Video Webinar] works in order to upgrade over business/professional plan.
  • Recording : Recordings done by Zoom are high quality and are in very small size. This makes recordings portable and also Zoom provides direct Live on YouTube feature.
  • UI : The user interface of Zoom is very easy and simple. The options are well stacked and enlarged so one can understand them. Scheduling, sharing, starting a meeting is [not] rocket science in Zoom.
  • Presentation : With zoom one can easily present the screen or any particular document. It has annotation tools which is very useful while teaching online.
  • One Click Join : With this anyone can join the Zoom meeting links with just one click. No sign up required, no wastage of time.
  • Limitation for BASIC User : Zoom currently have 100 participants limit and 45 minute meeting limit for Basic users but I think it must have to be increased in order to have a more brief look over its working
  • Cloud Storage For Basic User : Zoom doesn't provide any cloud storage for your recordings for Basic Users, while MS Teams does, and I think that where zoom can make improvements.
  • Video Presentation : Zoom lacks performance at the time of video presentation. Video lags at the time of presentation.
If you are a small business or just started with virtual meetings, Zoom [Video Webinar] is best for you. It does the job very well for which it is made for. For teaching, webinars, workshop purposes, Zoom [Video Webinar] can be used easily. It has 100 participants limit for basic users which can be used by trial user user in order to have a idea about its working. Zoom [Video Webinar] can be very well used for bigger webinars/ seminars or bigger gatherings also by considering Business/ Professional plans. The subscription charges are quite low as compared to other software's. Zoom [Video Webinar] has limitation of not providing room or space for other features like class material, Meetings notes, Quizzes etc. Zoom [Video Webinar] can improve its performance also while presenting and it needs to work more on security reasons also.

As a virtual accounting firm, we use Zoom for virtual meetings with clients. Zoom Video Webinar is a great way to host a company meeting, or get a message out to many clients at once regarding any changes in industry that may affect them.

  • Good video and audio quality
  • None that are glaring
We use Zoom Video Webinar for in-house and client communications. We feel that it is well suited for these needs. We have yet to explore it for lead generation, but based on some reports from associates that we have received, we will be using it for this purpose in the future. I cannot think of a scenario where this application would be less appropriate though.

For some time we've been trying to solve two issues. First, we want to vary the modality of our course delivery. Some students will move to campus, but there are others for whom online synchronous and asynchronous learning is best, given their other personal and professional demands. Secondly, we want to bridge alumni from one degree to another, and we have found that original, online content (aka, webinars) is one of the best ways to continue engaging alumni on key topics of proficiency. Zoom Video Webinar is helping fulfill both of those objectives. We are using it across the organization in different departments. Admissions uses Zoom to engage with large groups of prospective students to answer questions in a live (synchronous) format. Academics is using Zoom to deliver synchronous faculty-to-student interaction for our distance and hybrid students. The alumni and placement office is using Zoom to connect soon-to-be and recent graduates with the knowledge base of our broader alumni. And our continuing education department uses Zoom webinars to provide original content in small, manageable packets that are later expanded upon in our advanced and terminal degrees.
  • Zoom is platform agnostic. It's easy for anyone with a phone or device to attend a webinar.
  • Zoom doesn't require downloading or signing up for software. Users can click through the provided URLs and are immediately in the webinar space.
  • Zoom provides direct access to meetings. Some of the platforms we sampled required attendees to "appear" in a waiting room and be approved by the host. This complicated matters when the host is trying to "host" the webinar and approve people. We love that with Zoom people can pop in, drop out, and come back any time during the presentation and discussion.
  • I would love to see the ability to change recording features. For example, when we record a webinar, it captures whomever is speaking/presenting. I would love the option to set the video record parameters to capture other elements, including chat and discussion.
  • I would love to see Zoom embed a video editing component to their offerings. Currently, we download the webinar recording, import it into a video-editing software, and then place introduction and conclusion elements. Why can't I just do this straight into Zoom. Maybe they can partner with Microsoft or Adobe Photoshop Elements to easily feature drop-and-drag video editing. This would enable users to brand webinars inside the platform.
Whether the group is 5 or 50, we have found Zoom to be dynamic enough to accommodate our webinar hosting needs. For synchronous presentations, we have had no problems whatsoever. Editing and branding content for asynchronous delivery is more complicated, usually requiring users to video edit in a different platform. We love the ability to silence all microphones or open it up for discussion, and in most of our webinars we have elements of both.

Zoom is often used to conduct television interviews for school administration as well as to conduct job candidate interviews. The products provide better video quality for interviews and a quicker process for those who are not technologically advanced. Aside from that, we have used it to record audio to share with others.
  • For news interview purposes Zoom has been amazing. Better than Skype even. Once it is installed into a device, no one has issues.
  • For voice recording and onboarding new staff. It is easy to use and has an attractive look.
  • The price is great for individuals but has heard complaints within the company about how the price does not make sense considering how little we use it.
  • Time limitations for meetings have made it a little difficult to work with especially with users in the company who are long-winded. It might be something on my end where I am not figuring out how the program works.
If you are an organization that uses video conferencing a couple of times a month, it will be a great fit. The interface of Zoom is easy to use and very user-friendly. This is good for podcasters too, as you are able to send links to participants very easily and at no cost to them.

  • Multiple users at once.
  • Easy interface.
  • Scheduling conference calls.
  • Becoming a little easier to use on the app.
  • Sharing documents in a meeting could be more smooth.

Zoom is a forward progressive platform that the younger generation will enjoy. The intuitiveness makes it fun and very easy to navigate. We use Zoom both internally and externally for calls around the globe.
  • We use Zoom with our internal software development team which is global in scale to review code, product enhancements, and general collaboration.
  • It is great for our external presentation to prospects.
  • The only issue I have is that I have been a user of GoToMeeting for many years and very comfortable with the tools and navigation. Using Zoom took some time to adapt to their platform and tools.

We use Zoom Webinar to collaborate as a team. We conduct Team Meeting and Client Facing meetings. This is a great tool for us to meet face to face while being miles apart. This is also a great way to share and review documents as a team and make edits in real time. A very valuable and efficient tool.
  • Great way to meet face to face with our internal team and with our clients.
  • We use this tool to share and collaborate on documents. Allows us to make real time edits.
  • Zoom is very user friendly and very few call in or user issues. Some of the other web conferencing tools we use often drop calls or have issues with sharing.
  • Notification of a when a new chat has been typed would be great. Often times there will be a chat and no one sees it.
  • Notification of updates that need to be done ahead of time would be great. It's always frustrating to have to do an update right before a call. Or allow individuals to still get on a call and then update after the call.
  • I don't have any other suggestions. I enjoy using zoom and I appreciate that we rarely have any connectivity issues.
Zoom is a great way to bring your team and or clients all to the same place, to meet in face to face without having to be in the same physical location. It allows for us to have the personal connectivity and to be productive as a team. It is especially great for weekly team meetings.

I use Zoom Video Webinar for client meetings and team meetings. Though Zoom Video Webinar, the presentation slides can be shared to other users. We use it for our regional company meeting, connecting with other offices across countries such as Japan, Thailand, Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore.
  • Zoom Video Webinar is easy to install and use. It is extremely user friendly.
  • Many apps can be integrated with Zoom. I integrated Google Calendar with Zoom to manage my schedule easily.
  • The quality of video streaming is much better than other similar vendors. It is rare to experience technical issues during video-based meetings.
  • Sometimes the users are inaudible. Like other video communication platforms, I need to exit and return back to the meeting to solve the problem.
I often call clients in different regions which have different time zones. It is easier to schedule a meeting using Zoom as I can directly use Zoom to login to my email account to schedule and send meeting invitations fast and easily. Zoom also supports mobile and dial-in that make the connectivity with clients easily.

The basic plan of Zoom has meeting limitations up to 40 minutes hence users need to upgrade their account for extended meetings.

Zoom Webinar is used by our information technology department as an education tool to serve other departments that include our faculty members, staff and students for long-distance. Zoom allows us to conduct quick meetings at any time that we need. Its ease of use makes it a popular communication platform for our faculty members and students who needs help with their computers or accounts.
  • Easy to use platform.
  • Nice customer support.
  • Many great features like voting or short questions to keep the audience engaged in a training session.
  • High-quality audio and video.
  • Mobile app video and audio quality need some development.
Zoom Webinar is very suitable for making distance meetings or training sessions online. We use it extensively for our department to give training for our staff and students, but it is also widely used among our faculty members in giving online seminars as part of the club journal courses offered by them.

We use Zoom across every level and department in our organization. Since our organization is spread out across numerous offices around the world Zoom serves as an important collaboration tool. We use Zoom for video conferencing across teams, to present our screens in conference rooms, and to conduct company-wide meetings.
  • Screen sharing: Zoom enables users to seamlessly share their screen, chat through messages, and empowers listeners to virtually raise their hand when they have a question.
  • Mute all participants: Zoom can allow presenters to mute all participants and prevent their video feed from being broadcast
  • Works on any device: Users can log in from a computer, tablet, or smartphone
  • Some users outside the organization have complained about issues getting the Zoom links to work
  • Once in a blue moon, we have audio issues with Zoom, the video will work fine but sometime the audio will cut in and out
  • It would be great for mobile users to be able to select any user in a conference and see their video feed (instead of letting Zoom decide)
Zoom Video Webinar is a very versatile tool. Users can competently use it for team meetings, company all-hands, 1:1 interactions, screen sharing, presenting in conference rooms, or when a meeting could be aided through video with users outside the organization. With functionality on every device type, Zoom is a great solution regardless of where users are located.

My company uses Zoom Video Webinar across all of our various departments. It allows our sales team to hold online interactive demos of our product. Unlike other streaming solutions, there is no cap on the number of people that can be in any one webinar, which is necessary. It pairs well with our Gong.io recorder and has an easy to use App as well.
  • Not having a cap on a number of attendees in each Webinar.
  • Having an easily accessible app for both iPhone and Android
  • Allowing users to schedule others within the same organization if given access.
  • The download process has been a bit wonky for some of our prospective clients. It would be nice if there was a way to have the same quality but on a website instead of the app for one time users.
If you're holding multiple webinars or online screen shares a day there is no reason not to use Zoom Video Webinar. The ability to work with other software is great, and the recording feature is good as well. If you only have one or two webinars a month it is obviously not worth it.

Our teams are geographically distributed and we rely heavily on Zoom to conduct everything from 1-on-1 meetings to full company meetings at quarterly reviews. It's indispensable as a communication tool. As a User Experience Designer, I use Zoom to share concepts and ideas with colleagues via screen sharing capabilities. The ability to annotate your screen during a live presentation is very helpful.
  • Zoom handles multiparticipant meetings very well through a centralized screen that allows you to see all participants, conduct group or individual chat sessions during the meeting and allows anyone to share documents in the meeting.
  • The chat feature in Zoom is very helpful during a meeting for discreetly reaching out to another colleague in the meeting when you want to share verify or validate something before announcing publicly in the meeting. It's great to have sideline conversations that are relevant to myself and another colleague in the meeting without disturbing the meeting.
  • The video features of Zoom are great! Since many of my meetings are conducted virtually, it's nice to see and talk with someone via Zoom's video feature to make our conversations more personal and meaningful
  • As much as I like the chat feature, I haven't found a way to save a chat or retrieve a chat when a meeting ends. If I am not the meeting host, everything disappears once the host ends the meeting. There are many times I'd like the ability to save a transcript of the chat.
  • I routinely falter with the microphone feature. I have set defaults to mute my microphone and video when I join a meeting, but there isn't an obvious visual queue onscreen in Zoom to let me know I am on mute. The microphone icon in the lower left of the screen does change appearance between live and muted, but it's not obvious. Many of my colleagues end up speaking for a minute or 2 before realizing they are on mute.
  • Screen sharing in Zoom is easy to initialize, but as a participant viewing, it can be challenging to quickly get the screen ratios established so you can view the shared items at a reasonable size.
Zoom is well suited for quick sharing of documents with a colleague or 2 when you want to present preliminary ideas as I often do in my UX work. Zoom has also been effective as a tool for larger meetings with 50+ people. Zoom is less suited for personal use because its feature-rich interface can take some time to set up and getting a meeting started isn't as quick as some native video conferencing applications on mobile phones.

Originally we bought the Zoom Webinar tool as a backup system to our usual webinar platform, Adobe Connect which often experienced bandwidth issues, especially during inclement weather when the demand was high. However, Zoom quickly gained popularity among our students, faculty, and staff due to its ease of use and high-quality recording features and we began expanding our license to include more 'PRO' accounts. Presently the institution has completely moved away from Adobe and fully adopted Zoom for all of its online courses. We have additionally used Zoom to conduct staff meetings, 1-on-1 tutoring sessions and to troubleshoot technical issues for remote users.

The tool has also been beneficial for online students in working on group projects and recording asynchronous presentations.
  • It records to MP4 format which can be easily saved to a local machine and edited with even basic software such as iMovie or Windows Media Maker
  • The desktop application makes creating and scheduling meetings very simple and it always supplies a conference line with no need for cumbersome integrations
  • The mobile app is fantastic and works very well for our students who are on the go
  • Zoom training and tutorial catalog is very well done, even our technically challenged users have little issue getting comfortable with the tool
  • It handle multiple cameras (up to 50!), with high quality video very smoothly and is 'smart' in term of eliminating echo and muting noisy users.
  • The chat feature is by far the worst part of Zoom, you can't adjust text size or color or allow for multiple chat room within the same meeting (for groups or breakouts )
  • The Polling Feature could probably use more variety at this time. It def lags behind tools like Adobe Connect there. Also, the creation of Polls during a live session can generally be fairly cumbersome.
  • The 40 minute time limit for the basic account can be a pain point and it seems fairly pointless as a user can just restart the meeting immediately once the time expires. There is probably a more effective way to limit the Basic account for the PRO
Zoom is well suited for nearly any situation you can think of where you need to communicate with groups of people across a physical distance. It has everything you could possibly need including document sharing, desktop sharing, whiteboarding, remote controlling etc. Even if an end user is in an area of low internet bandwidth they should be able to get by with some minor setting tweaks.

The main issue with Zoom right now is probably the price point for Pro accounts. If you are a very large organization that needs to buy 100s or even 1000s of PRO accounts their pricing might be cumbersome to absorb initially.
